Dr. Isa Mücke

She has sixteen years of work experience in the educational and human resource area in renowend automobile-, finance- and real estate companies.
Dr. Mücke worked for five years as an executive coach for Mercedes Benz AG, Bayrische Hypotheken and the Wechselbank AG. For eight years she held the leading position of personnel development in the HypoVereinsbank AG and also worked for three years as the head of the personnel department at the HBV Immobilien AG where she was responsible for the entire human resource management.
Dr. Mücke has international and intercultural experience in the area of human resource and executive development, years of further education as a behaviour and an organisational development coach and continuing supervision.
She also gives speeches at conventions and has released papers as an expert for potential analysis and personnel development.
