Interim Management - Procedure
A the one-on-one interview with our clients helps us to get to know the starting position. Together we can then define the tasks and requirement profile for the employment of the interim manager.
In our experience in executive search, we already have managers who have been identified and evaluated for their suitability for the substantial fields of deployment.
We make a project suggestion which defines the intended role of the interim manager and we transmit the profiles of suitable candidates to our client. Additionally, we inform our clients of the expected remuneration for the interim manager.
Next, our client decides whom they would like to see.
If a later occupation of the interim position with external management is demanded, we can offer both interim management and executive search from one source.
Interim Management - Establishment of Contract
After the candidate is selected, we place a contract with the client under the following regulations:
- Description of tasks for the interim manager
- To whom the interim manager reports and who reports to him
- Duration of the contract, days per week
- Cancellation and Extension Modalities
- Remuneration and Expenses
- Commitment and Confidentiality
The interim manager stands on his part in a contractual relationship with us. Our contracts are cancellable on short notice, usually within two weeks.
Remuneration for the search and selection of the interim manager is not applicable.
After the signing of the contract and commencement of function by the interim manager we keep contact with both parties and accompany the project within the scope of our contractual control.
