Management Audit
Procedure:
We start the process by creating requirement profiles that are unique for the company and the particular position.
The candidate has to undergo a professional review that lasts for four hours. It is a partly structured potential and concept interview that can be complemented with attitude samples such as case studies, disputations, presentations, and role plays. The self-evaluation of the candidate and former accomplishments are also part of the final judgement.
For every candidate we issue an achievement record. The complete record is summed up into a staff portfolio. Those portfolios are the basis for an outcome conference with the client where we will discuss the individual personnel developments and make the occupational decisions. This is followed by an individual feedback to the candidates and the implementation of the decisions made.
